Chez Marguerite – Luxury Shepherd’s Hut

Approached by its own woodland walk, set in a secluded spot in the gardens of Birkfield House, this cosy hut is fully self-contained – with en-suite shower and WC, kitchen incorporating induction hob and fridge and a top quality double bed for snuggling up together.

You won’t get cold though, because there’s also a fantastic log burning stove (and we supply all the wood you can burn) which will keep you toasty and warm all day and night.

Outside, there is a firepit/barbeque for al-fresco dining (or breakfast) as well as an outdoor eating area.  Additionally, direct access to Warren road (which leads to Kelling Heath) allows short or long walks without having to use your car.

Chez Marguerite is booking up fast, so reserve some romantic time away now.  This is the real “Glam” end of glamping.

NB Guests staying in Chez Marguerite do not have access to the swimming pool and breakfast is self-catered (eggs, bacon, bread, cereal and other goodies supplied!)
